Adventures of The Wild Boar At SIM ODAC FOT 2006

Wildboar had a memorable FOT 2006. Thanks everyone from fellow EXCOs, OGLs, Game Masters, Seniors to Freshies for making it memorable for me and everyone!!!!

Memories:~~~~

- 4 Man Recce Team Carrying 12 cartons of water.

-4 Man Half blind recce up Pelepah

- Almost killing myself during recce and a 2 cm long, 0.5cm wide splinter up my toe!!!

- finding a "new" route down Pelepah

- climbing Pelepah twice in 3 days

- a wonderful ice-breaking game/mass games and a crazy talent night by the freshies!!!

- ALL Miss Pelepah Contestants were HOT!!!

Words cant describe how I feel about this FOT, the first event that SIM ODAC EXCO 2006 had organise...... How I wish that the FOT would go on and on and never end!!!!

As the previous EXCO had mentioned, recce trips are always more fun. That's very true!!!! When u go for recce, you only have to find the correct route and have fun along the way. But when you are leading a group of 80 people, the responsibility is no joke!!! Subconciously the pressure will get to you and tend to make mistakes. With this lesson learnt, I am looking forward to the G. Stong, Berkelah Falls and Rainbow Falls trips!!
