I just joined Morgan Stanley!!! Not as a banker though, as a graphics person. Do up presentations slides for bankers. Hopefully I can smell the air there and improve my knowledge!

Xmas and New Year is over! I spent the Eves working as usual, just like the past two years. 3 years of Xmas and New Year Eve serving people drinks. Hopefully this year would be DIFFERENT!

And there was Extreme Challenge '07! My team finished 2nd place again! Just like in 05, but at least the prize money was delivered as promise, unlike in 05 where we were conned! Too bad we couldnt win after leading after the first day but I thoroughly enjoyed myself this time. But I felt very bad when fear of height and nerves overcame me when I was at the Abseiling in Orchid Country Club. I that I could do it since I could bring myself to do the bridge jump at Kallang. But when I was all strapped up and ready to go, my legs turned jelly and my whole body wobbly...... You all wont believe it but I almost broke down up there, cos on one hand I wanted to do it and not disappoint my team mates but on the other hand, I just fell apart...

The SIM Soccer guys team lost again in IVP to NP and NUS. (unwanted record of 10 game losing streak since 2005) I hope the guys really buck and improve, previous year results can be blamed on poor administration, support and maybe coach. But this year the school has been very supportive, coupled with a magnificent planning and management of SIM Soccer club (actually only 2 person - hmmm or rather mainly the work of one person, right FG?) and also a coach with credentials and proper planning for training/fitness sessions and tactical lessons is hired. What more do the players want? Stop thinking like you all are EPL and S-League players. Who doesnt need to work? Who doesnt need to study? Who doesnt need to accompany galfriend? For those without galfriend, dont you think they need more time to look for galfriend?
Its a fact that if you dont want to do something, you will find a million reasons not to do it. If you set out to do it, only the tsunami or earthquake will stop you......unless of cos, ahem, you are in a plane trying to join the mile high club ;)
The truth is unless the club start producing results like other sports club in SIM. The reality is that funds to the soccer club might be cut significantly and probably no more SIM soccer club.....
